He specializes in passive sourcing, networking, client management, contract negotiations, e-sourcing, e-recruitment, career portal and talent mapping. He has successfully managed large teams of Recruiters & Head Hunters in various organizations in India, Middle East and across the Globe within a tight budget and timeframe. In his leisure he plays Chess and is a Travel enthusiast.
Prajit leads and manages a team of Recruitment Specialists within the CV Sourcing Department. To his credit he has knowledge of BD and Marketing projects. The management skills that he has received within a short span of time have enabled him to provide exceptional assistance to his team and to ensure the delivery of quality results to the Clients.
He has 4+ years of experience in to Email and Social Media Marketing within the Service Industry. He is a Specialist at and has a strong knowledge base of Business analysis, Market Research, Lead Generation, Marketing Solution & Services Creation and Project Execution, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, MS Access and Excel including Database Building. In addition he also has extensive experience with CRM strategies and Data collection, Data Mining & validation from different Sources. He is responsible for creating email marketing campaigns to promote products and services, identifying the target audience, devising and launching email campaigns to create a buzz or generate leads for a Business. He plays Cricket for leisure and is also passionate about travelling.
